Some images of the work being made, for those of you interested in the nitty gritty..

The Sentry Roses glowing eyes were made from fimo, the pupils painted on, and then varnished. I love the look of them loose like this.

They were glue-gunned on. While watching Rowan Atkinson, which probably explains their expressions.

The Wyrms, Listeners and Felis Arachnis were made from various kinds of air drying clay, painted and varnished. Normally this would be too expensive, but I had some packs left over from a previous project so I used those.

Jenny Hitchcock from Eastwood was kind enough to teach my Pyrography so I could make the Wyvern Chisel. I expect this will turn up in other things now, even though my line work is very wiggly - thank you Jenny!
